Refund policy

Ashdon Golf wants you in the right putter. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no fees.

If you simply change your mind or the fit isn't right, you may return any unused putter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking and shipping fee. Custom-configured putters and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email support@ashdongolf.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
